New Teachers Coming to Kentucky in 2016

Jess

Jess Dobucki

Jess first came across Zen Buddhism in 2009; this is the foundation of her lifelong passion of personal and societal well being. While finishing her AA in Social Science and Humanities Jess began her HOT Yoga training with Evolation Yoga in the year of 2012. After teaching for a few months at the Buffalo NY studio, she made her way to India and spent under a year there studying yoga in its birth place. After she came back to the USA and obtained her Reiki Master Certification, she began offering healings right away. In 2015 Jess was invited to Australia to teach full time, after 2 months at Hot Yoga Bunbury she made her way to Bali, Thailand and back to India once again. Currently Jess is traveling the USA teaching and offering healings at various studios sharing the ever abundant love and wisdom of these ancient ways in a down to earth manner!!

Kahley Cuff

Kahley Cuff

My number one intention in my personal practice, my teaching and my life is to shed love. Through yoga practice I have found true love for myself and what makes me happiest is seeing my students experience that same true love for themselves. Since enduring several physically debilitating traumas I understand that everyone enters the yoga room with a past and a purpose to grow. Practicing loving myself has allowed me to teach with compassion, knowing that each of us is going through our own thing every day. I believe that everyone is capable of expanding to new boundaries each day and I try to embody that as a teacher.
