Jessica has a background in flow and hot (26&2) yoga; teaching a dynamic class that is fun yet challenging. Her encouraging style will help you play with your edge and find stillness in your practice while always honoring your body. Her classes create the space to connect mind, body and breath while working to increase strength and flexibility.

Background


Jessica, a Buffalo New York native, began her path of yoga and personal development more than 10 years ago. Traveling the world, Jessica found herself practicing in Ashrams near and far expanding her knowledge, understanding and love for yoga. She completed her 200 hour teacher training at Ashiyana Ashram in Goa, India. After teaching flow for several years, she came upon Evolation Yoga and completed over 500 hours of training in the hot 26&2 series. She has also completed several children’s yoga courses and mediation courses. Jessica’s love for people and yoga has helped her live her dreams of sharing yoga and meditation throughout the world.
